Hi, sorry if this is a duplicate but I couldn't find my original post. I got my Versa in late 2018 and earlier this year it wasn't holding a charge for longer than a day. I contacted fitbit and all they told me was it was out of warranty and emailed me a 25% discount to use on their website to purchase another one. I wasnt ready to buy a new one because I think they should be lasting longer than 1-1/2 years. So I reset it to factory default and it was working better. Then after about a month it wouldn't charge. I cleaned the contacts on charger and watch but still nothing. I purchased a new charger hoping that was the problem instead of the watch. Thankfully it charged quickly to 100% on 5/26 and is still on 46% today. So before you run out and buy a new one try resetting it. Hope this helps someone. Have a great day and stay safe. Aloha!
