Versa disappearing from app

My nan recently got a Fitbit versa and we just set it up today but it keeps disappearing from her app on her iPad after we set it up and we didn’t move but it said she had done 100 steps

 

please can someone get in touch with me to help, thanks

Hi @Charcut, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that the Versa keeps disappearing from the app, please restart the Fitbit Versa as described in this help article. After this, try the setup process again as instructed in this help page

Make sure that the iPad has the most recent Fitbit app version installed.

Finally, monitor the Fitbit Versa and see if it doesn't disappear anymore.
