My Versa stopped working after charging. Immediately off the charger, the lock screen began appearing and numbers acted as though they were being touched even when they weren't. It stopped and told me to unlock with my phone, which I did. Since then, the back button and touch screen have been unresponsive. It worked today prior to charging. Any solutions?

Best AnswerI restarted my FitBit and it didn't fix the issues. It started flashing the screen on and off until it finally just stopped and went black. All I did was charge it and it stopped working, even after restarting it several times.

Thanks for troubleshooting your device with me, I'm sorry to know that your issue persists. Because your device is not responding anymore, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive?
