Versa display blacked out

My Versa blacked out and whatever I try, it would not start. I can feel it vibrates when I press the button, it also vibrates as it has alarms set and I can only stop them by pressing the button. I have tried restarting, but still it won't display anything. I have changed clock's face from the app and also syncronized it, but in vain. Any other suggestions?

Mine has done the same thing. I have tried to charge. Cleaned pins and ports. Changed charger. On my app it shows low battery (not flat) but the Fitbit won’t show anything
