Versa display completely gone

My versa 3 won't turn on at all. It syncs to my phone and my phone shows that's it's 100% charged. I tried to reset, and factory reset it but nothinh

I am having the same issue with my Versa 2. The screen was being temperamental then within 5 minutes it just went blank. Hopefully someone will be in touch soon

I'm also having the same issue with my Versa 2 - screen is blank and won't come up when I press side button but app tells me I still have charge!

Same blank screen! Started last night. I can scroll across and get all the others apps to display but no main screen with clock and stats on it??

I noticed it on Saturday.  All it keeps doing when I hit the button is Alexa setup. I am able to move the screen but, the main display screen with the time, steps and heart rate is not showing up.
