Tried to get assistance today and no one would help. Paid a lot of money and it won't turn on. Conveniently my warranty expired. I was expected to dish out more money on another watch. Sadly, I just got the okay to start working out from my Dr. After having a baby and this happens. What a joke. Your watch wont last and neither will the warranty. Save your money and buy from another company. I promise you wont be sorry.

How long had you had it? I thought the warranty lasted 2 years. When Fitbits go bad, it's usually well within the warranty period.
And believe me, I've had plenty of them go bad! But I've always been able to get a replacement.

I guess it's only a year warranty. I bought it right when it came out, April 2018. So sad how much I miss it . 😩

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, even if it was a bad one. I'm sorry you had such a trouble.
Nowadays it is difficult to find something not expensive and qualitative.

Mine shut off and wouldn't come back on. Popped it in the charger and it came on and has been working since.

You can try selling it. At least, you can get back some money if it doesn't work.
