Versa display doesn't turn on

hi, I am having problems with my versa, the monitor doesnt turn on, i cant see anything, it does charge, it does sync up with my phone, it does vibrate, but the touch doesnt work and the monitor is all black.
how can i fix it?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To fix the display issue you're currently experiencing with your Fitbit Versa, please try our restart process following the next steps:

  1. For Fitbit Versa, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. 
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

hello ricardo, as I said the screen does not tur on, I can't see the logo or anything. I only know that is on because I can see the green lights in the back.
