My versa started acting up 2 days ago. Suddenly the lighting on the display changed and there is blue highlighting the right and left edges of the display screen. This morning when I woke up, there are multiple thin white vertical lines on the left side of the display. I have attempted a shut down, a reset, I have changed my watch face to a Fitbit one and tried syncing my device with my IOS device and nothing has helped.
My watch has also been losing time the past couple of days and I have to sync it to fix it.

My display issue got worse this morning. The image displayed on the screen shrunk up towards the top of the display. Then I held in the bottom two buttons (left and right) attempting to reset it, and now the display turns back on, but only back-lighting. Nothing comes up on the display. The fitbit logo used to pop up, then the time. No longer. It won't display anything. What now??

Wow! - That's my EXACT issue; you described the same sequence of events leading up to the issue -AND- after I attempted a reset... now I have a black screen displaying as well. Finally, this has all occurred over the last few days. Seems pretty coincidental.
Came here to see if there was a fix. Purchased mine in December.
