Versa display issues

I have been a faithful user of Fitbit since the first watches of come out. I really like using them and find it very helpful with multiple things.  I have had 3 watches now break on me. 1 was my fault I cracked the screen. The other 2 had issues with the screen displaying black but still sync to my phone. I would love for a watch to work passed 2 years. I don’t think that is a lot to ask for the price we pay. I tried all the trouble shooting tips found in the community here and that didn’t work. So I called customer service and get a scripted robot/person who doesn’t give a crap about the customer or the product.. he never deviated from his script.  There fix.. here is a 25% email to buy another one that won’t last.  I was looking for a free watch just fix mine. Sorry for the rambling just really disappointed in Fitbit.

@MPD5228 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the display issues that your Versa has experienced. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of first setup.

 

I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
