Worst company & product. I purchased a Versa and 7 months after it stopped working.
i received a new one from company in December 2019, this one won’t track exercise
customer service and the upper level of customer service, RICARDO answer is to give me 25% A new device how about attempting to fix or back the one I have
would not recommend going with fitbit.
