Help! I’ve just brought a Versa 2 and am unable to get text notifications.

I’ve finally managed to sort out call and WhatsApp notifications but am still unable to receive text notifications.

I’ve tried all troubleshooting ideas but still nothing.

Hi @MelC2011  What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on troubleshooting notifications.

It’s an iPhone 8 and I’ve tried everything already to troubleshoot 🙁

There is an issue with the latest iOS update and notifications. Have a look at THIS and if that describes your issue then keep an eye on the thread for updates.
