Why is fitbit versa screen black? I can still sync it and feel it go off. So anything else is working expect the screen. I have tired to change clock screen,restarting it but it didn't work. Any suggestion? Please help!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here. Since you're still experiencing difficulties with the display of your Versa, please try the following steps to perform a factory reset:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.

I performed these steps, it never shows a fitbit logo, only a blank, lit up black screen. Is there any fix for this?
