My versa watched stopped working. I had been swimming and I noticed after about ten minutes my watch screen was black. I figured it had died so I charged it but still the screen is just black. I've tried multiple times to restart it and nothing works. I can see it light up but the screen is black.

Hi @spdpunk41, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some steps before posting over here. Since the restart process didn't fix this issue, please try the following steps to perform a factory reset on your Versa:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

Hello,
I’ve tried the directions for the factory reset but the logo never appears, even after holding down all three buttons much longer than 12 seconds. Can you provide any further guidance for troubleshooting or support?

Good luck! Multiple people black screened today and left with a watch that suddenly just stops working and all they want to offer is 25% discount for a future purchase of another one!!
