Hi everyone, I bought my Versa 2 months ago. I went swimming last week then was at a wedding so didn't wear my Fitbit. I put it on charge when I returned home but the display is not working properly and I can't see anything? Anyone help?

I’ve had my Versa more than s year, I got caught in the rain on Saturday all of a sudden today my screen is not responding. Usually I tilt my arm for the time and my steps but now it’s just black. Glad to see these comments But I disagree Fitbit support has always been good yo me and my devices

I have had the same issue the screen is blank. I have tried all the procedures and the screen lights up white and thats all its done. Ive had it for about 6months it was working fine until i woke up took it off the charger and had a blank screen. It syncs to my phone still and the alarm still goes off but no screen. Please advise thank you

I had the same issue. Factory reset worked the first time but issue returned the next day. Now both the screen is blank, but my battery drains in a few hours.  I have decided to seek a refund and have purchased an Apple Watch as I have lost confidence in Fitbit altogether. This issue seems to be widespread and people like me are understandably frustrated to have invested in a product that is defective across the board.

Yup, after my 3rd replacement in 6 months on a brand new $200 watch I was
done! Yes, they gave me replacements but what good does that do when they
just have the same issues within a couple months? I’m so disappointed in
Fitbit and their lack of recognizing that this is widespread watch issue. I
think they rushed this watch’s debut hoping to compete with the Apple Watch
and missed the mark completely on this device. I bought the Versa in April
on the day that it came out and was in an Apple Watch series 4 before the
end of October. I wish I’d have just bought the Apple Watch from the
beginning and not wasted my money with Fitbit. $200 is a hard lesson to
learn.

Thanks for the reply to me by sparing your valuable time.

The thing is that, the problem of screen and battery drainage is arised
after 13 months. i.e. after expiry of the warranty period.

*Thanks with kind regards.Nilay Shah*

I fixed it by getting an Apple Watch! They sent a replacement again for the
3rd time but I’ve had enough of Fitbit!

How were you able to get a replacement? Everywhere i try is a dead end.

It was still under warranty when these things died. If you’re not under
warranty anymore you’re unfortunately out of luck 😔
