Versa display not working

At first I noticed no time showed up on the face of my Versa and when I pushed the button it was a clear dark gray screen when I woke this morning.  I removed the watch and flipped it over.  The light on the back has a red dot and green dot and both are flashing.  Really not normal at all.  I checked my iphone and no data is reported for today.  Basically I think its broken.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Versa following the next steps and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. 
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

It worked fir me after doing what you said. What happened in the first place did me to have it happen?
