Hi, my fitbit was working perfectly, i took it off after the battery had died to charge. After I turned it back on the display is not working, it is very dim, slow and unclear. The only thing i have done it download a new clock face. I have reset to factory settings, deleted the clock face and nothing is working.

Hi @Emmahiggins, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I appreciate the time spent trying to get the screen issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know how the factory reset was performed. In the meantime, try a regular restart as described in this help article.
After this, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if the screen issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I did the factory reset by going into setting, then about and selected factory reset. I deleted all downloaded clocks and i have created a new account. Thank you for getting back to me.
My screen is still very dim and unclear and my battery is dying very fast, i have had to charge my versa 3 times since yesterday morning. Is there anything i can do?

Hi @Emmahiggins, thank you for getting back and letting me know how the factory reset was performed. I'd like you to try another way to perform a factory reset. To do so, follow the steps below:
Let me know how it goes.
