So basically my versa display start glitching and I had lines going down the middle wit no display... but it was still syncing... that was an hour ago. Did the restart thing a few times still no display but information was syncing to app. But no it is completely dead no lines on screen and no data syncing to app. Please don’t suggest doing the restart as I did that a number of times. So any other suggestions welcome 👍.
@Rebecca26 Please try the 3-button factory reset (instructions below). If this doesn't help, please contact Customer Support as you may need a replacement.
3-button factory reset:
You may need to attempt the reset a few times to find the optimal times. Trying holding the buttons longer, as long as it's needed for the vibration to appear.
