Hello,
My Fitbit some days ago started having issues with the battery life, after that was not working, I have restarted from the settings and now it’s been two days since there is Fitbit logo till the battery runs out, I connect to the charger and still the logo. My Fitbit is blocked! What can I do?

I would like to know if you keep having issues with your Versa displaying the Fitbit logo? Have the instructions provided by our friend worked? I recommend setting up your watch as a new device by doing the following from your Fitbit app:
