I recently travelled to France from the UK and expected my Fitbit Versa to update to French time as soon as I landed. This happened on my iPhone but I was still on UK time 4 days into my trip. Suddenly it changed to French time. Now I have returned to the UK 3 weeks ago and I am still on French time! Why can't the Fitbit do a simple job like this - also I can't seem to find any instructions on how to manually change the time. Seriously frustrating!!!

Hi @tallula There is no way to manually change the time on your Versa.
Try restarting the Versa several times and then sync to the app again. That has always done it for me.

Thanks Nelly - will try your suggestion- it's really annoying wearing a watch with the wrong time! How do I sync with the app? Can I set it to automatically sync with the app?

If you go to your advanced settings on the app you can change the time setting so it will change to the timezone you are on!

@tallula Yes you can set it to All Day Sync, but it is handy to sync manually sometimes too. To sync manually on the app dashboard pull the page down near the top and it will sync, or tapnyour account icon/avatar in the top left corner and select Versa from the devices list and then tap Sync Now.
