Versa not registering sleep

For the last two days, my versa hasn't been registering my sleep

 

it is sufficiently charged

I have been sleeping for at least 5 hours 

the app and the watch sync

 

any suggestions

@LongboardN00b it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it hasn't tracked your sleep even though you made sure that it has enough battery.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try changing the sleep sensitivity from "Normal" to "Sensitive" through your web-based Dashboard's profile settings. After this, monitor your sleep and see if the issue gets fixed.
