Versa does not display any data

 Versa does nit illuminate with any display. Holding left and bottom buttons for 19 seconds plus only gives dull glow for 3 seconds

Thanks, Marrrmaduke Nothing I tried worked. It would not illuminate. FITBIT issued me a FEDEX # to send back for replacement. It got very hot when re-charging so they said the safe route was to return it. Thanks again!

@BobbyO Open Settings App on your Versa and set Brightness to Auto and Backlight delay to 10 seconds.Also, press and hold the left button to access Screen Wake and make sure it's ON. You can also try rebooting your tracker several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes.
