Hello,
My Versa suddenly does not respond to up/down/sideway swipes thus unable to access apps or notifications etc. Versa still syncs with my phone and receives/sends data. Help or advice will be welcome.

I have tried restarting the device and changing the clock face, both the original and replacement are Fitbit clockfaces. This does not fix the problem

I cannot restart my Versa as it refuses to respond to <restart> <yes> button. So I'm going to have to let it go completely flat and hope that solves the problem ???
