Check vibration is working
On the watch Swipe left Click timer Run a timer for 10s See if it vibrates |

I tried that and the vibration does work however when it comes to notifications it does not I've tried taking off Bluetooth and pair the versa again also turning off the watch and turning it back on again, checking the notification settings on the Fitbit app still doesn't work

You could have sleep or do not disturb on. But you can check,
In the Fitbit app, click profile photo, device photo, notifications, and try with always vibrate on, it overrides the other settings.
At least you can see if it vibrates on receiving a notification.
Also make sure vibration is on strong on the watch.

Thanks, just to be sure its only a vibration problem
When a notification arrives on your phone, if you pull down on the watch from the top do you see it on the watch display? Did it arrive but not vibrate the watch?

That is correct the notification will arrive but don't vibrate. When I pull down I see all the notifications but doesn't vibrate when I get them.
