Versa does not vibrate!

Versa does not vibrate, under any notice. What can be done?

Hi, first of all check in the settings of your Versa if vibrations are enabled. If yes, restart your Versa 4-5 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Also check within your Fitbit app if vibration is enabled. Go to notifications, press it and scroll down to "Always vibration" and enable it when it's not.

I have checked all my notifications and restarted my Versa. I’m still not getting vibrations with texts or calls. Any other things to try?

I reloaded Versa 5 times. But the vibration did not work (((((((Even the alarm clock works without vibration. What should I do next?
