Versa doesn't count floors

Hi I've had my versa almost a year now and it has never counted the floors I do has anyone else had this problem tia

@Mixie1 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not tracking floors.

 

Please please swipe up and tap on "Today". After this, scroll down and tap on the "Steps" icon. Then swipe to left and you will be able to see the floors or stairs climbed. Let me know if you are able to find the floors icon.
