Versa doesn't count steps properly

My Fitbit Versa only logs a fraction of  my steps, what can I do to fix it.

@Conley1, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not tracking your steps properly.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, please check out this help page which explains what you can do if the step count seem inaccurate.
