Versa won't connect to phone's Bluetooth

My versa lite will just not pair to my phone via Bluetooth. 

 

I have reset up my device to my Fitbit app numerous times. In my phone Bluetooth it comes up as one of my available previous paired items. However when I click on Versa Lite in my Bluetooth it just doesn't connect... Becoming very frustrating as I want to get notifications on my phone and play music

Please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
