Versa doesn't display numbers

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I had my versa light off the band and in my pocket yesterday. After, the display wouldn't show numbers. It still  picks up steps and notifications but it will not display the time, date, and steps on the screen. It shows the little heart and feet but no numbers. Every other screen is fine. How do i fix that? I've tried changing watch faces but it does the same thing.

Hi, restart your Versa Lite 4-6 times in a row and see if that solve the problem. Go to settings, press it and scroll down to Device Info, press that ans scroll down to "Shutdown" and press it.

@BethOtto4184 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I want to follow up on the issue that your Versa is experiencing since it's not showing numbers, even though you've changed the clock face before contacting our forums.

I'd just like to know if the issue persists or if your Versa is now displaying numbers after following the restart process that shared @SunsetRunner.

If you found his post helpful, please accept it as a solution since it'll be easier to other users in case they experience the same issue.

Looking forward to your response! 😀

Hi, you changed the Clock Face due to this problem, but did you change it to a Clock Face developed by Fitbit itself? If not, do so and restart your Versa.

@Lady_tdm Thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! I'll be happy to assist you with the display issues that your Versa is experiencing as well.

Please try changing the clock face as advised my friend @SunsetRunner. After this, restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out if your Versa shows the actual numbers properly.

Let @SunsetRunner and me now how it goes! 😀

My Versa did the same.  However, not all numbers were missing, just the last two numbers of my steps and no number for my heart rate.  I shut down my Versa as suggested and the numbers reappeared. Viola!  I only had to shut it down once.  Thanks to the community!

I have changed the clock face 3 times with no change - still a blank screen with the green light flickering quickly on the fast.

Hi @Anniebatx, thank you for participating in our Fitbit Community. Thank you also for trying to change the clock face before getting in touch with us.

If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out if the screen works properly.

Let me know how it goes.
