Versa doesn't display the correct time

My Fitbit will not do a restart or a shutdown. The time is wrong on it and won’t go to settings. I’ve tried the 3 finger shutdown and that doesn’t work either. Please help.

@MaryFHenle Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I appreciate the time spent trying to resolved the time and settings screen issues that your Versa has experienced.

I'd like to know if you tried the regular restart as described in this help article.

In the meantime, try setting up your watch from scratch and see if the issues get fixed.
