Versa doesn’t get iPhone notifications

Hello! For the last week or so my Versa will randomly stop getting notifications from my iPhone. My husband is having the same problem with his Charge 2. All notifications are on, Bluetooth is on, etc. It seems the only way to fix it is to power down my phone and power it back on. When it comes back on the notifications start appearing again. This happens every 2-3 days.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

Unfortunately this did not solve my problem. My Versa still randomly stops receiving notifications and I have to power my phone down and back on to fix it.

Hi @Kfvirginia, thank you for getting back and trying the recommended troubleshooting steps.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
