I am not receiving notifications on my Versa - again. This has been happening every three weeks for that last 4 months. I have a Samsung S7 if that helps. I have reset, deleted, reset, deleted and followed all the appropriate steps each time this happens. But it continues to fail. I want Fitbit to reimburse me for the Versa. They can have it back. I loved the smartwatch features of it, but now it's just a watch and fitness tracker. I'm very disappointed and frustrated with Fitbit.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the reset. After this, monitor your Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.
