Using versa without problem but recently it's not charging. How to say... it looks charged properly, indicating charging mark and battery level but several hours later there are no batter level up and still Versa indicating it's under charging.... So finally, it was fully drained and it showed 0%.
A couple of days ago, i tried to charge it once again and successfully charged by 100%. But now, i try to charge it again but no battery level up even Versa indicating it's charging.
What shall I do about this?

Hi there, @Versauser1000. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa.
As @Guy_ has mentioned, while the watch charges, tap the screen twice to check the battery level. Tap again to use it while it charges. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
Another thing that came up to my mind is that may be you recently changed your watch clock face? If so, I recommend to change it to a different one to see if the battery level appears. Keep in mind that not all clock faces works the same nor have the same feature or the same functionalities.

When its on the charger and you tap it you should see the charge level.
If that is not the case, try using a computer to charge it.
Also check for water condensation in the little windows on the back.
If you get it charged and it loses charge rapidly, try disabling the Bluetooth on the phone.
