So my versa doesn't turn on but when I put it on the charger it works but says I have 0% battery life, but the app says its full. I've tried restarting it and I've done the other troubleshooting options but none of them seem to work.

@KTS99 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, regarding the unresponsive display of your Fitbit Versa, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they handled your case via email. Was a solution provided?

Yes, they couldn't help me fix the fitbit but my warranty is still available so they are sending me a new one, and I can't wait to get it. I appreciate all the help.
