It will light up but it’s so dark that nothing shows. After restarting it many times, charging it, and trying other suggestions I’ve read, parts of the screen will show for a brief time, then fades away. Ive has it for about 3 months. No previous problems.

Hi, if your using a Third Party Clock Face, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa.

@Mimick Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with the display issues that your Versa is experiencing. Thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
In addition to the great workaround that shared @SunsetRunner, I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please make sure to sync your Versa before the factory reset in order to avoid losing current data.
Finally, try to change the clock face as @SunsetRunner advised and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep us posted on the outcome!

Thanks for the suggestion, but that didn't work.

Thank you for the suggestions, but they didn't work. Also, battery life is now not functioning properly. I will charge it to 100%, and a couple hours later it's dead.
