I had my Versa go completely dead less than 45days of purchase, I bought it along with the Assurion 3yr Warranty(which I will never purchase again for any product... I would rather not have a warranty than waste my money on them due to not following through on their promises)...I contacted all 3 parties that same day it stopped working (Fitbit, Assurion & Amazon), still trying to this day for at least one of the 3 parties will reply or respond back to me, and nobody has! Has anyone else had any issues like this?? Not just the Versa malfunction, but not receiving emails or calls replied/responded back to you regarding any other issues as well??

Hi, @lriddle1! That really stinks! Have you tried the live chat option with either Amazon or Fitbit? That's what I usually use when I need to contact one of them. Not sure about Assurion, since I have never had any experience with them.
