My Versa suddenly stopped giving me my vibration notifications for messages/phone calls. They are turned on. Any suggestions?

@ANorby welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped vibrating when getting text/call notifications.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, turn off the notifications, log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Finally, turn on the notifications and monitor your Versa in order to feel if it vibrates when getting notifications.
Keep me posted on the outcome! ![]()

@samfigs I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
Since your Versa also stopped vibrating when getting notifications even though you have restarted it, I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.
@ANorby that's great news! I'm glad to hear that your Versa vibrates properly now. Thank you for posting the update here. Don't hesitate to get back if you need further assistance.
See you guys around! 😀
