Versa doesn't “wake up” when I shake my arm

Versa does not “wake up” when I shake my arm. Is there a setting to make this more sensitive?

Hi, check whether your Versa screen is set to automatic when moving your wrist. Press and hold the left button for a few seconds, you will feel a vibration and get a screen that tells whether you Versa is set to manually or automatic. If it tells you that it's set to manually, just press this to activate the screen and it will say Automatically, problem solved. Hope this will work, good luck!
