Versa drops charge when turned off

I noticed that others have had this issue, but some of the responses didn't deal with the problem. I recently have been told that I have to turn off all my smart devices at work. I've done this a couple days now, and noticed that when I turned my Versa off, it was around 90%. When I turned it back on, it was about 57%. This never happened when I stored it turned on in a locker during the day. From another thread, it seems Fitbit has not responded, or the response given (let it go down to 0% then fully recharge) is an unacceptable answer. I want someone from Fitbit to address this concern. It is absolutely ridiculous that a device turned off is draining power like this. Fitbit needs to answer why a device that is turned off is draining power and fix the problem.
