Versa duplicating exercise - Weight Watchers app issue

All of a sudden, my Versa is duplicating activity.   I am doing Weight Watchers and we get extra points for exercise.  This duplicating activity is messing up with my Weight Watchers as I am getting double the points for exercise that I did not do.  Both apps are updated.  I have uninstalled both apps.  I have restarted my Versa.  Nothing is working.  I can delete the exercise off my Fitbit, but once synced, Weight Watchers is unable to delete the extra exercise, so this is stemming from the Fitbit app not the Weight Watchers app.  Can anyone rectify this problem?  This is very frustrating.  Everything has been fine since I purchased my Versa (the original Versa) until now.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which phone are you using to sync your Versa? Is this occurring with every exercise or just with an specific activity? Since you're able to delete the duplicate entry from the Fitbit app but not from Weight Watchers, please revoke the app access following the steps from this help article and let me know how it goes.
