The complete face just detacted from this thing. I insisted on getting this instead of the apple 🍎 watch. I’m totally never buying another watch from this company. My daughter had her apple 🍎 watch 2.5 years this thing isn’t a year old. I got it for myself asa early birthday gift and before April 23 it totally detaches...

@Melissalewisp  A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear about your damaged Versa. As @SunsetRunner  suggested the best thing to do is let our Support team know about the issue. No ... I decided to purchase an Apple 4 watch this time hopefully I will have better luck with this product!!
