The face of my Versa just popped off. ☹. I don't wear it in the shower, pool, hot tub, etc. I'm not sure what happened. The only way to contact support is Twitter and I don't have or want an account.

Contacting customer support was the right thing to do as we can't really help with hardware issues here in the user community. Twitter isn't the only option to contact them and you can email, phone, or web chat depending on when you try. Check the options at contact.fitbit.com and if your preference is not shown then try later.
Customer support will be able to check on your warranty status and advise on your options.
