I got my first Fitbit Versa from my brother for Christmas so less than 6 months ago and the face is falling off...actually just happened. Was sleeping and I felt it lose as I was turning. I love this device, how do I get it fixed and why does this happen? I’m very careful with my Versa. Help?

Jeeze...that’s very disappointing. I’ve grown to depend on this watch so much it’s crazy. I hope if it gets fixed it doesn’t happen again. Thank you though CCPriceless🙏🏽

When it was working I loved it, but after having the face fall off on multiple occasions I have decided I won't be investing in another Fitbit. Good luck to you tho.

Exact same thing happened to me yesterday! My watch is older but had never even been loose before and suddenly just fell out

I'm so upset. My Versa face popped off while it was still under warranty. I received a replacement but it was faulty. They sent a Versa 2 and now that has popped off. I've had this Versa 2 since late last year. This is ridiculous. I will sell my stock and never purchase Fitbit again. I will be sure to tell everyone to stay away. Very disappointed.
