hi

i have just been given for a birthday present Versa 2 

how do i clear or factory reset my original versa before i sell it ?

See How do I erase my Fitbit device? 

 

Make sure you do a sync first to make sure any data on tracker gets to Fitbit database.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Did you actually go to that link and read what it said?  I'm guessing you didn't because it gives the answer to your question right there.

Since you wanna be a smarta**. You information in the link your provided isn’t helpful at all to my question that brought me her, or to the original persons. They clearly asking how to factory reset a Versa 2. Your link only shows how to do so with a Fitbit Charge
