Versa frustrated

 I have had my versa first awhile now (about a year) and I use the app on an android phone. I have followed every suggestion they have recommended and yet I do not get my text messages or phone call notifications. I did in the beginning a few times ( not consistently) and now I have settled for all it being good for is a watch and pedometer.  After this latest update it seems to be worse... Battery drain in 14 hours, shutting off randomly, not giving me my 250 step hourly notifications. Am I alone in this and are there any other suggestions out there?  I'm thinking this may also be an Android OS issue ( cannot change phone to have fitbit work). Help

Hi @DeannaMadaj7 , some Android users suffer from these problems after the latest Firmware update. Fitbit is working on it, regards kuzibri

I still am having issues! It won't hold a charge for longer than 13 hours now! So frustrated. Was in a challenge with coworkers and have no idea if I could have won as the battery was at 0% and I didn't know it for hours!! Need a fix for this quickly!
