Watch lost, all charge. Then I tried to charge it for 2 hours. Didn’t take charge and got really hot. I let it cool down and tried again. It started charging and I got a vibrate. Then hour later the Fitbit logo came on and said to down load app. I have app already. I checked and it said would I like to finish set up. I tapped yes on the app. Then I got a notice that I needed to update before I could finish my set up. I have stuck in
this cycle for 24hours. After the “update” is done it goes back to the Fitbit logo on watch asking me to download app. I have turned off my phone and reinstalled app. Same problem of need to update. I have no access to settings feature on my watch. Which I read could help
if there was a firmware issue
