Got my Fitbit just under 2 months ago and it’s got water damage but it’s meant to be water proof? How do I go about returning it ?

@Britaney Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear about your damaged Versa. Your device is swim proof so you should be able to swim with it without issues. As @Marrrmaduke mentioned if you are having physical issues with your watch then please let our Support team know. I was checking what could I do but noticed that you already have a ticket with them so please provide as much information about the issue so you can find a solution to this.

Let me know how it goes!
