Versa has a black screen

The screen is blank and can’t work out how to try and start up again. It did it yesterday and came back to life after putting on charge ( even though it still had charge)

What have you tried so far?

  • Tapping the screen
  • Pressing the left button
  • Putting it on the charger

Hi,I have put in charger, held left and right bottom buttons together and tapping screen.
Any other suggestions?

I have woken up to the same problem. I did notice the screen was attempting to select its own things last night so I took it off and put it on charge. 

Put it back on this morning and totally black screen. 

Have you got any further with this? Any updates?
