Hi. My fitbit versa has stopped working. The screen has gone black and won't turn on. I tried resetting it but no luck. I also tried charging it for 3 hours again no luck. I have synced it with the app on my phone and it says it is fully charged but the screen won't turn on.

Mine is doing the same thing. The screen went black an hour ago and I can’t get it to turn on. I’ve also tried resetting, restarting and putting it on the charger but it got hot and I took it off. It’s only a couple weeks old and I’m very frustrated.
