Versa has a solid red light and won't charge

My versa won’t charge, has a solid red light and won’t react to anything I do.  

Many suggestions?? I love this watch and am constantly using it!

Hi @Jodimrs  Have you tried restarting it several times? Will it charge after you do that?

@Jodimrs welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, regarding the charging issues that your Versa is experiencing, the information that shared my friend @NellyG is great for this type of issues.

 

In addition, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest if you already tried it. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it takes a charge and comes back to life.
