So i seem to be having the same issue as many other people are. My Versa has gone completely dead, but it's still syncing to my phone. I've tried holding down just the just the left button and the bottom right button together and I've tried holding down all three buttons. The back light comes on, but I never see the Fitbit logo, also of impress the buttons too many times, the watch starts to get really warm. What should I do???

I have the same issue! Came out of nowhere and I tried customer service but my versa is over a year old. I was told I could get a 30% code which is crap. I've take really well care of it and have tried all the resets I've seen online. Really makes me scratch my head A LOT of people are having this problem right after they announce a new watch version. I love having a fitness tracker and the watch in general, had an older fitbit before the versa and don't think I'll ever repurchase.
